Aarhus Protein has many years of experience with long-term partnerships in contract manufacturing. We collaborate with both up-coming companies and multinational corporations that are dedicated to shaping the food and environmental agenda with innovative protein products for both human nutrition and feed.

Typical areas for partnerships include:

Dehulling of agricultural products
Sorting – for example, to ensure gluten-free production
Milling
Spray drying
Specialized storage – for instance, special silos for handling powder
etc.

Aarhus Protein boasts one of the largest production capacities for spray drying in Europe. With three towers, each with an evaporation capacity of about 2,000 liters of water per hour, and steam from a biomass boiler, we guarantee a CO2-neutral process.
